Sentence Case

Updates instantly as you type. Your text stays in your browser.
How it works
Lowercases your text, then capitalizes the first letter at the start, after a line break, or after a period, question mark, or exclamation mark followed by whitespace. Opening quotes are supported. This uses punctuation rules, so abbreviations may be treated as sentence endings; names, acronyms, and the pronoun I are not automatically preserved.
Spacing, line breaks, and punctuation are preserved. Unicode casing is supported; some letters can expand into multiple characters when capitalized.
Example of sentence case conversion
HELLO WORLD. THIS IS A TEST. becomes Hello world. This is a test. Automatic conversion cannot recognize every proper noun, so check names and acronyms afterward.
